  Amir graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physiotherapy from The University of West Bohemia, Pilsen, in the Czech Republic. Since then he has gained experience as a professional physiotherapist, working in hospitals, clinics and rehabilitation centers in the Czech Republic and Saudi Arabia. He joined the Devonshire Square clinic in May 2017 as Senior Physiotherapist and in June 2017 completed a Master of Science in Athletic Therapy


  Over the past 12 years Amir has helped patients with various physical difficulties resulting from illness, injury, disability and ageing, using exercise therapy, manipulation of muscles and bones and electro and hydro therapy to improve their movement and function.

Amir is currently studying for a PhD in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

He has specialised in:

  • Sport Injuries

  • Taping – prevention of musculoskeletal disorders

  • Synergy – reflexology courses

  • Methodology of sensorimotor stimulation

  • Medical Acupuncture

He is a member of:

  • Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP)

  • Association of physiotherapists of Czech Republic

  • Scheme of Physiotherapists Training in the Method Developed by Ludmila Mojzisova in the Czech Republic. 

  • Comprehensive care center Dobřichovic 

  • Synergy Institute of Reflexology (SRT)

and is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)


Amir speaks English, Czech, Arabic and Farsi.
